Hey, Lady! You Wanna Free Breast Exam?
76-year-old Philip Winikoff was arrested today by Broward County Miami sheriff deputies for soliciting free breast exam. Carrying a black "doctor's" bag, he went door-to-door at an apartment complex in a Lauderdale Lakes neighborhood. Apparently two women actually accepted the offer, allowing him into their homes. One of the women became suspicious that he might not, in fact, be a doctor when he moved his hands to her genitals (ya think?!) and called the police. Investigators said they believe there may be other victims who are too embarrassed to come forward.Editors Note: The man in the image associated with this post is not Mr. Winikoff.
